FILE MENU WON'T ALLOW SAVING OF THE PDF.

A few of our clients have advised that they can't save the pdf to their computers, and this will be the case if you try to use the File Menu on your browser.

You should look to save the file using the sub-menu created within the browser automatically by Adobe Acrobat.

By using the save icon (see left) you will be able to save the file to your hard-drive.

You can also successfully print from this sub-menu by clicking on the printer icon.
